How to order?

If you would like to order an unpainted resin copy of my latest model horse sculptures, feel free to send me a message with your inquiry. I will send an invoice including shipping to your address as soon as possible.

If you would like to order a paintjob on a certain model, please view my commision page.

You may also find a few custom model horses for sale on my website and links to their auctions or sales pages from time to time.

I would like to buy a resin copy of a certain resin, but would also like to have it painted - how do I order?
Sure, if you ware interested in a painted resin, feel free to contact me and I will send a quotation for your order!

The resin I would like to buy is sold out - will it be available again?

Many of my resins have quite large editions and may be available again after a few months. If an edition is sold out completely or retired, the resin will be marked as such, for example:  "Edition closed/sold out or discontinued".

SHIPPING INFO

Due to covid-19 many shipments are suffering from very long delivery times.

There are 3 options for worldwide shipping this year.

 Shipping within the EU: 17 -28 EUR

Worldwide Economy: 36,99 EUR(takes about 2-3 months)

Worldwide Airmail: 52,99 EUR (takes about 1 months)

I have no influence on the shipping time as soon as the model is shipped. All models are shipped insured with tracking number, however, please keep in mind that post offices are absolutely snowed under work this year!

I cannot pay instantly, but would like to reserve a model - is it possible?
Yes, but I cannot reserve models for more than a few days without deposit. If I do not receive a deposit within 4 days, the model will be relisted for sale again!

I would like to pay on time payments - is it possible?
Yes, most of the time I can offer time-payments. Please contact me prior to your purchase, so we can arrange a plan for your time-payments.

Please keep in mind that paid time-payment rates are non-refundable, if you cannot complete your purchase eventually!

MODEL ARRIVED BROKEN OR DAMAGED?

I did not receive my package or the model arrvied broken - what to do now?

If your model does not arrive in perfect condition, please let me know about the damage no later than 7 days after receiving the model (please also send photos of the damage!). I will send an reasonable refund within 2 weeks then. I may also offer to repair your model (of course at no additional costs).

In case you did not receive any parcel, let me know as soon as possible and I will send an inquiry to the german post. Most of the time they do find your package soon after. If not, I will of course send a refund for the total amount.
